We hope you will love everything that you order from us but if something isn’t quite right, we have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, with original tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at online@biasagroup.com. If your return is accepted, we will instruct you on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any shipping costs to return requests, or duties upon receiving, will not be borne by BIASA, unless due to human error on our part.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note, for hygiene purposes, certain projects cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
All items bought online cannot be refunded or exchanged in any of our stores.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We cannot grant refunds in form of cash, but any exchanged item will be assigned equal online store credit.
Garment Care
BIASA produces garments that are handmade, hand crafted and hand-dyed. Please ensure to refer to the garment care label accompanying each item you order and handle with great care in order to ensure your garment is long-lasting.
