Return Exchange & Refund Timeframe
Items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of receipt of your order, provided they are unwashed, unused, undamaged, in original packaging with original tags, and accompanied by the original receipt or a copy of the receipt for partial returns.
Refunds
BIASA does not issue cash refunds; we may issue online store credit for any purchases that have been approved for exchange or return.
Requesting a Return, Exchange & Refund
To request a return or exchange, please contact customer service at online@biasagroup.com or WhatsApp Concierge (+62) 819 1601 3224 with your order details and the reason for the return or exchange. Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm Bali time (GMT+8). Responses may be delayed outside these hours, as well as on weekends and public holidays.
After your return or exchange request has been approved, the Customer Service team will provide instructions on shipping your items. Items returned without prior approval for return or exchange will not be accepted.
Shipping costs, including customs duties for returns and exchanges, are the responsibility of the customer.
Gift Voucher
Exchanges, returns, and refunds are not available for purchases made with a Gift Voucher.
Online Purchases
Online purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded at any of our physical stores.
Damaged Items
If you have received a damaged item, please contact our Customer Services team immediately with details of your order and photographs. The team will assess the items and promptly provide an appropriate resolution.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain BIASA products cannot be exchanged due to hygiene considerations or other stated conditions. Please refer to the product description before placing your order, as some items may be marked as final and non-returnable.
Garment Care
BIASA produces handmade and hand-dyed garments with intricate handwork that require special care. Please review care instructions on your items to ensure your garment is cared for appropriately and is long-lasting.
